1. Services
Prometheus Exotics provides exotic and luxury car rental services in Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and surrounding areas. Our services include vehicle reservations, delivery and pickup coordination, and customer support related to exotic car rentals. All rental reservations are subject to vehicle availability, driver eligibility requirements, and the specific terms of the rental agreement executed at the time of booking.
2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle through Prometheus Exotics, you must be at least 18 years of age (or meet the minimum age requirement specified for a particular vehicle), possess a valid U.S. driver's license, carry full-coverage auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles with minimum liability limits as required, provide a valid credit card in your name for the security deposit, and pass our driver verification process. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion based on eligibility, driving history, or other factors.
3. Reservations and Payments
All reservations are subject to confirmation by Prometheus Exotics. Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee availability. Rental rates, security deposit amounts, mileage limits, and other terms are specified at the time of booking and in the rental agreement. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation. A non-refundable booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due prior to vehicle pickup or delivery. Security deposits are refundable subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on the vehicle and rental duration. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may be non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time and will provide a full refund if we initiate the cancellation.
5. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
By renting a vehicle through Prometheus Exotics, you agree to operate the vehicle in a safe, legal, and responsible manner at all times; not allow any unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle; not use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, towing, or any illegal activity; return the vehicle at the agreed-upon time and in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear; be financially responsible for any damage, loss, theft, traffic violations, parking tickets, toll charges, or towing fees incurred during the rental period; and report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately.
6. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases, use automated tools to access or collect data from the website without our written permission, submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the website, or interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website.
7. Forms and Data Submission
When you submit a form on our website (including rental inquiry forms, contact forms, and booking requests), you consent to us collecting and using the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to being contacted by Prometheus Exotics via phone, email, or text message (SMS/MMS) at the phone number and email address you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You represent that all information you submit is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your reservation and refusal of future service.
8. Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number through our website, forms, or by texting us directly, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Prometheus Exotics regarding your inquiry, reservation, and related services. You may also opt in to receive promotional messages. You may revoke your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at info@prometheusexotics.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your phone number and messaging data.
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Prometheus Exotics is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier for text messages sent or received. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Prometheus Exotics.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Prometheus Exotics website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Kronos Asset Management LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
